hi. i am looking to find a roommate who can move in before april of 2010. one room mate will be overseas, and he will need someone to room with when i am gone. at the moment i am splitting rent 50/50 with him. if you are willing to stay in his current room, then you can move in as early as december. you will need to sign onto the lease, but will not be required to pay rent until april. he will want to keep his belongings, and his room as it is now. he has alot of posters in his room, and he will not want any of that stuff messed with. if you can deal with leaving his room as is, then you will be able to stay here until april rent free. otherwise, when i leave in april, you can sign onto the lease, and move into my room which will be empty. my current roommate will be here long after i leave. he is a very friendly person and easy to get along with. you cannot use any drugs of any kind, and you must have a good credit history. my current roommate is extremely strict on the drug thing, he will kick a person out if he expects them of drug use. please contact me if you are interested

i am looking for an honest roommate, who does not do alot of drinking, who is out going and friendly. no drug use is acceptible ever. you must have a good credit history.
