About me: I live in a 4 bed, 3 bath house in Woodridge on Jackson Dr. My fiance lives here too along with 2 dogs (lab and pointer). We currently have one roommate who is moving out for a job relocation. We are looking to fill her spot for $750 a month, everything included plus high speed wireless internet. Dish Network basic package could be added to your room easily at no extra cost. Dish is already routed to your downstairs living room. The home network allows access to any tv shows or movies that you want. I can show you how once you\'re in. You can scan and print in the office upstairs. You can use the grill or the backyard firepit. I just don\'t want to pick up after you. I\'m 32, she\'s 26, the dogs are each around 70 lbs and under 2 yrs. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, 1 private bath and 1 community bath upstairs along with a spare room that you could utilize on occasion if you had guests, another room that serves as an office with a bowflex that you are free to use. Kitchen and one of the living rooms is upstairs. You have a dedicated pantry shelf upstairs for your food. Downstairs is the room you would rent along with a dedicated full bath outside your door, a living room with flat screen, couch and tv that are hardly ever used and the utility room with laundry, a spare fridge. The dogs aren\'t allowed downstairs so you have some seclusion from the dogs but this is a big dog home so if you don\'t like dogs this place isn\'t for you. Shoes need to be removed before stepping on the carpeted area downstairs. It\'s not great carpet but carpet holds nasties so must be respected. I don\'t make a big deal about anything else besides that. I like and try to maintain a clean place but we both work hard and the place will go to hell every now and again so a little disorder is ok but food, gym socks or anything else that smells should be addressed immediately. We don\'t smoke but if you do it can be done on the deck, porch or kitchen patio but not indoors. Your parking spot would be in the driveway. If you want a garage spot, that could be arranged for more money. Most of the time outside of winter, we are parking on the driveway as well because I do a lot of home renovation using the garage as a work-space. I don\'t care about guests within reason. They shouldn\'t be destructive or stay so long that it appears they are living here. If a guest needed to stay for an extended amount of time (more than a couple of days), no prob but we would just need to discuss. If you had a pet, that might be negotiable but would require a deposit and probably a little more for rent depending on the type. Pets damage homes, I know. We\'re both working professionals. I\'m an engineer and she manages at a restaurant. I\'m out of country on occasion for work (short trips). If I see you\'re good with the dogs there might be an opportunity to make some money helping my fiance let them out while I\'m gone and she\'s at work. It\'s not necessary. I currently hire a walker. I\'ve been successful renting rooms for a while now so I think that shows we\'re pretty easy going but I need to be particular to keep up the trend.
